Cruickshank Park is a busy linear park along Stony Creek with multiple activity areas, as well as quiet spaces and connections to many local streets.

Designated dog off-lead area

Between Austin Crescent West and Francis Street

Dogs are permitted to be off-lead in the area located between Austin Crescent West and Francis Street, except between the hours of 8am to 10am and 3pm to 5pm every day when all dogs must be on a lead.

Penalties can apply to any dog owner/handler found to be in breach of the above provisions.

Responsible pet ownership and legislation

Council encourages all pet owners to be responsible pet owners particularly when in public spaces.
