Public Question Time
All of Council’s public meetings allow for 15 minutes of public question time. Members of the public must pose a question to the Committees or Council and not make statements. Clarification can be sought in relation to Council Policy or any matter of concern. It may be necessary for the Committee or Council to take questions on notice, replying at a later date, depending on the complexity of the matter. Complete the Public Question Time form (PDF 520kb) and submit it to the Governance Officer.
