To complete the online form below you will require electronic versions of the following:

  • Signed letter of authorisation from owner (applicable when builder applying as agent of owner).
  • Form 1: Application for a Building Permit.
  • Form 6: Determination that Protection Work is Required.
  • Form 6A: Request to Council for Adjoining Property Owner Contact Details to Serve Protection Work Notice.
