In celebration of Children's Week, join Active Maribyrnong at Hansen Reserve for a day of fun at Traffic Town, an interactive, pop-up bike hub!
Traffic Town transforms pathways in into a miniature streetscape where children can learn essential road safety skills while having fun. It is designed to build confidence, develop lifelong cycling skills and encourage safe, active transport through hands-on learning and play.
Plus, there's a dedicated balance bike zone to provide a safe and fun space for kids under five to develop their skills.
To ensure the event is accessible to everyone, Traffic Town includes a bike and helmet library for families who don't have their own equipment, while those with their own bikes are encouraged to bring them along.
This is a free event but registrations are essential.
