Belonging at the intersections: LGBTQ+ CARM Summit

This free Summit centres the experiences of LGBTQ+ Culturally and Racially Marginalised (CARM) people, recognising the important intersections of culture, faith, family, community and identity.

Informed by the lived experiences and evidence highlighted through Pride in Diversity and Diversity Council Australia's Intersections at Work research, as well as Australian Workplace Equality Index survey data, the event will explore barriers to inclusion, the importance of belonging, and opportunities to create culturally safe, welcoming and empowering spaces.

Together, we will celebrate the strength and diversity of our communities, hear from lived-experience voices, and identify practical actions that support inclusion, connection and empowerment.
