Business Elevate Program

The Business Elevate Program is here for 2026/27 – we are looking for local businesses to be involved as suppliers. 

Expressions of interest for suppliers will open Monday 21 September 2026.

The Business Elevate Program is a Business-to-Business (B2B) voucher-based program. Small businesses within the City of Maribyrnong will be able to apply for $2,000 vouchers (from a total pool of $100,000) to help elevate their business forward, from a list of “preferred business suppliers” in a range of categories.

We are firstly looking for established local businesses to be the “preferred business suppliers” in the categories listed below. Your business will be expected to be able to provide services to small businesses that apply for a voucher, for offers or packages valued at $2,000+GST (plus, a $200+GST activation fee payable by the recipient) in ONE of the following areas:

1. Accounting/Bookkeeping
2. Business Coaching
3. Business Consulting
4. Business Sustainability
5. Copywriting/Public Relations
6. Digital Marketing/SEO
7. Graphic Design/Visual Merchandising
8. Legal/Intellectual Property
9. Marketing Consulting/Advertising
10. Photography
11. Printing/Signage
12. Videography
13. Web Design/Mobile App Development
14. Other Business Services

Program eligibility

To be eligible for the Program your business must:

• Be located within the City of Maribyrnong.
• Legally registered business in the City of Maribyrnong.
• Be financially viable.
• Not owe any reports or money to Maribyrnong City Council.
• Have no outstanding compliance issues with Maribyrnong City Council.
• Have $20 million Public Liability insurance cover

Expressions of interest will open from 9am, Monday 21 September 2026 and close 5pm, Monday 19 October 2026.
