Our Customer Service team are dedicated to finding solutions to issues by ensuring your queries are directed to the appropriate area of Council for prompt action. In most circumstances you can expect to hear from one of our Customer Service specialists by the very next working day.

Our normal business hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday excepting public holidays, so if you are submitting your request outside of these hours we'll contact you by the next available working day.

If you have received an infringement and would like us to review it please complete the request for an internal review of an infringement form.
