A second chance to Learn how to relieve stress and relax your mind through Buddhist Meditation.
Be led through the process by our tutor Rigsal Morrison who has been a Buddhist nun for 23 years.
No previous experience is necessary. You can sit on the floor or a chair and should wear comfortable clothing.
For those using the floor please bring your own mat or cushion for comfort. This activity requires a minimum of 5 participants to run. This will be held in the Sports Pavillion Room at Braybrook Community Centre.
