Helen’s ‘all ages’ classes facilitate a connection between body, breath and mind.
Each yoga posture is approached sequentially using the breath as a guide and variations are offered.
Each student is encouraged to listen to their body, finding ease and comfort in every form.
The hope is you will leave the class feeling a sense of clarity and wellbeing.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
