Line dancing 2025

Music, much needed exercise, laughter, and lots of fun – you’ll enjoy all of these at our line dancing classes and most importantly line dancing is a great way to make friends.

• improves flexibility, strength, balance.
• strengthens bones and boosts cardiovascular health.
• increases mental capacity.
• creates new neural paths.
