Crisis and Emergency Support
Council does not provide emergency, crisis, or after-hours response services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, or requires urgent medical or mental health support, please call 000.
Council can help community members understand what emergency, crisis, or specialised services are available, and how to access them. Our staff can provide information, guidance, and referral pathways to ensure you are connected with the right support, at the right time.
If you're unsure where to start, or need help navigating available services, we are here to point you in the right direction.
