The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will begin rolling out in the City of Maribyrnong from October 2018. Now is the time to get ready.
If you are under the age of 65 and have a permanent and significant disability, you should test your eligibility for the NDIS.
With the introduction of the NDIS to Maribyrnong in October 2018, we have been reviewing how we can best support our community.
The Brotherhood of St Laurence will provide Local Area Coordinator (LAC) and Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services for Maribyrnong residents.
Maribyrnong City Council is hosting a range of free NDIS information sessions and workshops.
To be eligible for the NDIS, you need to meet eligibility criteria. There are also organisations that can help you to transition to the NDIS.
There are lots of ways you can find more information about the NDIS. You can also make a complaint about the NDIS if necessary.
