Maribyrnong DCP

The Maribyrnong Development Contributions Plan (DCP) requires developers to share the cost of providing new and upgrade infrastructure needed by our City with the wider community on a fair and reasonable basis.

The DCP applies to all new development within the City with some exemptions. It has two components - A Community Infrastructure Levy and a Development Infrastructure Levy.
