Play gymnastics is a program designed for children to learn through play. An obstacle circuit will be set up where children to things like crawl, climb, balance etc. Parent participation is key as this isn’t a coach run session, but they will be available for support.
Suitable for children aged 9 Months* - 5 years (*Need to be competent walkers)
