Men's Pilates - Men's Health Week 2026
Designed for all fitness levels, this relaxed and welcoming class focuses on core strength, mobility, flexibility and movement control in a supportive environment.
Whether you are already active, getting back into exercise or trying Pilates for the first time, Bro-lates is a chance to move your body, improve your wellbeing and have a laugh along the way. Expect simple, low-impact exercises that help build strength, reduce stiffness and leave you feeling better than when you walked in.
No experience needed. Just bring a towel, water bottle and comfortable clothes you can move in.
This is a free event however registrations are essential.

About Men's Health Week 2026
Running from 15 – 21 June, 2026 Men's Health Week is celebrated in June each year and is an opportunity to highlight the importance of men's health, and to promote and support the health and wellbeing of men and boys.
Men's Health Week focuses on not just physical health, but also on the mental health and emotional wellbeing of men and boys in our community.
