Chair exercises for seniors

Participants will join strength training chair exercises, with the aim of improving strength, stamina, balance and range of motion! This gentle exercise class is well suited to older people or anyone who is new to exercise.
Bookings open 28 days prior to each session.
The class meets at 11am on Mondays and 2pm Wednesdays, October 2 to November 29.
