Reusable Nappies Feasibility Study
We're part of 12 Melbourne councils conducting a joint feasibility study to research and understand how to implement a best practice reusable nappy program to reduce waste to landfill.
We're calling on parents, carers, soon-to-be parents and interested residents to find out more about how you decide which nappy to use for your little ones.
We want to hear from everybody – whether you’ve only used disposable nappies, you’ve tried reusable nappies and decided they aren’t for you, or you’re a full-blown reusable nappy user and lover. Your input will support research a reusable nappy program that aims to reduce household waste that ends up in landfill.
With your help, we can gain valuable insights into how Council can better support residents to make environmentally-friendly choices.
The 12 Councils include:
- Maribyrnong City Council
- Bayside City Council
- Nillumbik Shire Council
- City of Greater Dandenong
- Yarra Ranges Council
- Maroondah City Council
- Boroondara City Council
- Glen Eira City Council
- Stonnington City Council
- City of Monash
