If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait until the following business day, you can call our after hours contact service on 9688 0200.
The after hours service can only assist where Council is the responsible provider.

Interpreting Services
If you would like more information, or find it easier to speak in your own language, the free Telephone Interpreting Service is available by calling 131 450, and ask the service operator to contact Maribyrnong City Council on 9688 0200.

To stay in touch with us while you're on the go, download Council's App. Available for both tablet and smart phone our App allows you to stay in contact with us wherever you are. You can request graffiti removal, report a bin that was missed during collection, request repairs to footpaths and fix potholes in roads, report abandoned vehicles and illegally dumped rubbish, report food hygiene breaches and much more.
Council's App has been designed so its interface is clean and simple to use with step by step, easy to follow prompts to guide you through to completion.
You can upload photos, discover what events are in your area, request an animal registration form, and even report a an issue with a drain in your street.
