Virtual Y is a one-stop-shop for all your health, fitness and wellbeing needs. This online resource offers FREE online exercise videos, nutrition recipes, wellbeing advice, family activities and a Youth Hub.

Get Active Victoria is free to join, and gives you access to a huge resource of tips and tools for being more physically active. You won't need any fancy gear and expensive equipment to try the guided videos or activity ideas. 

There are a range of guided workout videos for all levels of ability.

Thrive: Active Living Program Online

Victorian University's Thrive online program provides activities to improve your health and keep you active. Most programs are free and interactive!

You can also access free health and exercise advice by making a 15 minute, online consultation with one of their exercise professionals.
