You will be able to find a number of resources on this page, all available for download and use at schools, early years centres and other educational hubs.
We invite feedback from educators regarding what type of educational resources you would like made available by Council.

Anti-idling campaign for schools
Did you know that just one minute of car idling produces more pollution than turning your engine off and restarting it?
When cars idle during drop-off and pick-up, the emissions build-up around schools and inadvertently affect children’s lung health.
Younger children are exceptionally sensitive to air pollution, as their lungs are still developing.
Council has developed a number of anti-idling resources for educators to use and share through putting up posters around their schools, including information in parent newsletters and sharing air quality facts with their students.
