Following upgrades to the Footscray Wharf in 2022 – including a new 230-metre-long timber boardwalk as its centrepiece, with a fixed lower landing and floating pontoon to provide access to the water – Council is implementing further upgrades to facilities and amenities to revitalise the Maribyrnong River waterfront.
